BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Raton Football Club is looking for local and international talent to add to its 2018 and 2019 rosters.

The club will be looking for players age 18 and over to fill rosters for their APSL, and NPSL squad for the 2018 Fall Season, and the 2019 APSL, and NPSL season.

The open tryouts will be held at Cypress Park (1301 Coral Springs Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071) on September 22, check-in will be at 8:30 a.m.

Boca Raton FC’s head coach, Jim Rooney, as well as his staff of coaches, will be on hand to look at each player and run the tryout.

“As the coach, I will be looking at everyone and anyone as my staff and I begin preparations for the 2018 fall season and already looking ahead to the 2019 APSL and NPSL seasons,” said Rooney. “We had a talented group last season but maybe there are players who slipped through the cracks and the club has not yet seen that could be useful in not only our APSL team but also our NPSL club.”

The tryout date at Cypress Park (1301 Coral Springs Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071), is September 22 at 9:00 am, with check-in at 8:30 a.m.

Players who try out for Boca Raton FC have the opportunity to play in three different leagues, as well as play in high-caliber competition as well as friendlies such as the ones the club has played in the past versus the New York Cosmos, FC Shakhtar Donetsk, Jamaican National Team, and São Paulo.

Players who play in the NPSL team will also have the opportunity to play in the NPSL Showcase in 2019 where hundreds of European and MLS scouts come out to see the best NPSL has to offer.

If selected as a member of Boca Raton FC, players will have photos, and videos of their games which will help boost their resume, as well as have access to Impact Sports Performance, a Boca Raton FC partner.

Furthermore, Fall Season players are the first to be seen for our Summer 2019 season. During the summer season, Boca Raton FC gives 23 full scholarships to the best players, evaluated by the coaches.

The registration fee to participate in the tryout will be $100 per player and must be made online during the registration process. Spaces at the open tryouts will be limited and by pre-registration only.
