Boca Raton, FL — As Boca Raton Football Club continues to add to its 2018 National Premier Soccer League roster, the club is excited to announce the signing of Kyle Giscombe for the 2018 season.

A product of the Tottenham Hotspurs Academy, Giscombe comes to Boca Raton FC from South Florida FC where he led the team to the 2017 APSL Fall Championship Finals where they fell to FC Kendall.

Giscombe played at Greensboro College where the English national earned an All-Conference 2nd Team Nomination for the Pride as well as helped the school earn the Division III USA South Conference Championship.

“I am looking forward to playing with Boca Raton FC as the team is run very professionally and I can see myself improving immensely behind the training of the coaches,” said Giscombe. “I look forward to playing in the NPSL and working with my new teammates who are very driven every day.”

A local talent, Giscombe played for the West Pines Strikers where he helped the team hoist the FYSA State Cup.

“Kyle is a top-quality left back and who has great awareness and ability to find the open man,” said head coach Jim Rooney. “He is dedicated and committed to the club, which is something we at Boca Raton FC look at very seriously and are excited to have a player of his quality among us for the 2018 NPSL Season.”

“I’m grateful for the opportunity and will be willing to work as hard as possible to be the best I can be with the help of my teammates,” added Giscombe. “The coaching staff is great and very knowledgeable and I will definitely learn a lot from them.”
