The Boca Raton FC U18 program prepares players to play in the next level.

The U18 is a program where the emphasis is placed upon collective problem solving — not teaching an individual player a solution to a problem, but teaching the squad how to discern and communicate game situations and creatively come to team solutions.

Boca Raton FC U18 players begin training to compete and ultimately prepare for college or professional playing opportunities.

In the U18 level, we focus on four pillars of the game: technical, tactical, physical, and psychological.

Our coaches put emphasis on body shape to enhance the vision and refinement of technique learned throughout a game, but also focus on vision and communication to understand whole-field match conditions and creative problem solving to dominate the mental field of play.

Our emphasis on evidence-based injury reduction protocols, including warmup routines, as well as strength and power, and speed and agility programs give us the competitive edge, as we implement that with anon field emphasis on developing strategies for focus and quick thinking.

The acceptance of the program is after a tryout. Players must come to a tryout. Click here to register for the next tryout.
