Boca Raton Captain Bruno Militz has traveled to Europe for a two-month trial for pro clubs. Militz will be participating in the Genova International School of Soccer which places players at pro clubs in Italy, Spain and throughout Europe. Militz will miss the remainder of the NPSL season as well as the APSL Spring Playoffs while he showcases his talents in Spain.
The 26 year-old Militz has been with Boca Raton FC (BCRF) since 2015 and a part of multiple APSL title winning sides. His leadership qualities and ability to break down defenses from wide areas have attracted attention of clubs both at home and abroad. Militz is just the latest Boca Raton player to attract interest from pro clubs and teams abroad. In three years of operation, BCFC has sent players on trial to South American clubs, to Europe and to other clubs in the United States. Boca Raton continues to develop its pro pipeline for players, giving exposure to everyone who puts on the club’s shirt.

Militz scored the game winning goal in Boca Raton’s first ever NPSL Sunshine Conference victory, a 2-0 win at Beaches FC on May 17 in Stuart. He started the first five games of the NPSL campaign playing 416 minutes but has missed the last three games with a hamstring injury. Militz was instrumental player in Boca Raton’s APSL titles in 2015 and 2016.
